Engineering delivery

Hands-on implementation inside your team: backend and service architecture, APIs and integrations, workflow automation, connected and embedded software. Architecture and code in the same engagement, with explicit interfaces and a documented handover.

Architecture and AI consulting

A bounded piece of work for when the problem is still a decision. You get the decision, the constraints that shape it, the failure modes, the smallest useful experiment, and an implementation sequence — written so you can act on it, not just read it.

What we build ourselves

We run our own software because that is where engineering decisions meet real consequences. We label maturity plainly: a roadmap is not a shipped feature.

    A Markdown-native workflow engine for Obsidian. Workflows are notes; they declare their permissions, run in containers, and write results back into the vault. We run it in our own vault, and the code is public.

  • md2pdf

    v0.1 · in internal use

    Print-ready PDFs from Markdown, set to formal requirements. We use it to produce our own 2025 annual accounts — balance sheet, P&L, inventory and shareholder resolutions, with the § 35a GmbHG footers German law requires. No public repository yet.

  • PortVault

    In development

    Local-first handling of financial data. Core and CLI exist as a private prototype — no public repository, no release, no date.

Who you will be working with

More than a decade of software engineering, most of it in automotive and connected systems: backend and service architecture, APIs, containerised systems, embedded and connected software, and applied AI. Through CronAI I do that work directly — and build the tools I want to use myself. Founder-led here means one engineer, who also carries the responsibility.
