Terms of Service

1. Scope
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern all contracts and legal relationships between CronAI UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Vogelweidestr. 3, 81677, München (hereinafter "we", "us") and the users of our website https://cronai.de and all associated sub-pages (collectively "website").
2. Services
Under the domain https://cronai.de we provide, among other things, the following free and/or paid services:
- Provision of information
- Web application "cronai.app"
The exact scope of services is specified in the service description on the respective product page.
3. Conclusion of Contract
By using our services you agree to these Terms. Where a user account is required, the contract is concluded upon completion of the registration process.
4. User Obligations
- Users undertake to:
a. not distribute unlawful content via our services;
b. not circumvent technical protection measures;
c. refrain from any action that could impair the functionality of our services. - Users must keep access data secret and prevent misuse by third parties.
5. Remuneration
Where services are offered against payment, the price will be shown transparently. All prices include statutory VAT unless otherwise stated.
6. Liability
We are liable for damages caused by simple negligence only insofar as they result from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to the typical foreseeable damage. Liability for simple negligence is otherwise excluded. The foregoing limitations of liability do not apply to claims arising from product liability or in the event of injury to life, body or health.
7. Term and Termination
The user contract runs for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party at any time without notice unless otherwise agreed contractually. Termination may be effected via customer portal or the contact channels stated in the imprint.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms with effect for the future. Changes will be communicated to the user by e-mail at least four weeks before they take effect. If the user does not object within four weeks of receipt of the notification, the amended Terms shall be deemed accepted.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
- If the user is a merchant, exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be München, Germany.
10. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
